Here’s the net I’m dealing with. After being on my own since I was 15, I haven’t ever had health insurance or dental insurance.

By the time I was old enough to realize I could get some from the government, I was too old to get any.

Now I’m dealing with a tooth abscess that has formed quite rapidly over the last few days and I am terrified. I’m terrified of not have been able to see a dentist the last ten years. Of not ever seeing a doctor the last ten years. I know that preventative is cheaper than restorative, but some months I can barely eat. 

And what’s shitty is, I can only feel so bad about it. I’m white, a male, can pass as straight, and aside from a host of debilitating social anxiety disorders and depression, I do quite well normally - I’m just fucking poor. And so yes, if I let this abscess go untreated, it very well has the possibility to kill me. 

There’s no net to catch me. There’s no support for the lower class. This is bullshit, and if I’m alive and this motherfucker is leading the country, I will be moving. Because it is quite clear that he only cares about himself.

Because caring about people is apparently a ‘class war’ and a ‘trick’ of the left.

Excuse me, I’ll be over here having a panic attack about not being able to get treatment.
